Espavo Tiny House Eco Villages will have 3 sites available for temporary and permanent
Tiny Houses on Wheels (THOWS).
All participants will be shareholders of each site and own part of the village.
All sites to be “Off Grid” as possible.
We will have and encourage a fully functioning Barter system.
Each site is owned by a company with shareholders.
Each shareholder shall have voting rights for company decisions at meetings.
from $10,000 per share and to share all outgoing costs
Each property will be a working farm producing organic fruit and veg.
Residents are offered some optional paid employment.
Owner/shareholders receive a dividend from any profits generated.
